SPS Commerce Acquires Owens Direct

Minneapolis, Minn., Feb. 28, 2006 - SPS Commerce today announced the acquisition of Owens Direct, a privately-held EDI service based in Lexington, Kentucky. The acquisition expands SPS' operations to include hundreds of new electronic connections, knowledgeable EDI and business process experts, and strong customer relationships representing a broad range of industries including grocery.
